Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of disability acceptance, self-esteem, depression, and human rights on the quality of life of physically disabled people.

The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, a Pearson's correlation analysis, and a multiple regression analysis.
Results: There was a significant correlation among disability acceptance, self-esteem, depression, human rights, and the overall life satisfaction of physically disabled people. The lower the depression level, the higher the positive effect on the quality of life of disability acceptance, self-esteem, and human rights showed. The effect of disability acceptance, self-esteem, depression, and human rights on the overall life satisfaction showed an explanatory power of 40%.

Conclusion: For positive life satisfaction of the physically handicapped, it is necessary to change the perspective and positive acceptance of the disabled themselves, as well as the psychological and emotional support of the community.
